THE BOTTLEYARD APARTMENTS PERTH
“We are down-sizing from our 4x2 home around the corner from The Bottleyard. After searching many apartments in and around the Perth area, we realised nothing compared to the design, community feel and location Bottleyard has! We move in next week and can’t wait to start our next journey in our life!” – Lorraine & Kevin
“I was attracted to The Bottleyard because it was so different from everything else I had seen. I didn’t want something bland and the same as everything else. The Bottleyard is pretty unique. I love the location, the park and the surrounding environment plus it’s super convenient to everywhere.”

99 Palmerston Street, Perth - Inner City Living
The Bottleyard apartments at 99 Palmerston Street is steeped in history stretching back to when the area was the home of the Mooro People. Extensive archaeological surveys and studies have retrieved many important artifacts that are now displayed in the WA Museum.
In the late 1800’s the land was drained and set up as a market garden which continued to operate until the turn of the century. In the early 1900’s the site became Perth’s busiest bottleyard, used by several different companies over the next 70 years including the ‘Perth and Fremantle Bottle Exchange Company.’ This development is named “The Bottleyard” as a tribute to its former life.
